If the booking is confirmed we will send Invoice and payment instructions. DEPOSIT OF 50% is due within the 7 successive working days from the date of the Invoice . Komodo Flores Adventure will accept Credit Card (Visa and Master Card) and WIRE TRANSFER only. 50% deposit and 50% balance upon arrival. Paying by credit card will be charge 3% bank fee

Submitting this form you agree with the following conditions. Different conditions contracted with Komodo Flores Advenure  Tours & Travel will be showed in the Invoice we will send to confirm the booking.

Arrival details
Booking must be accompanied with complete details to avoid unnecessary correspondences. If flight details are not yet fixed they can be notified upon the confirmation and not less then 15 days before arrivals.
The booking is valid for the number of participants indicated in this booking form.

Prices and Payment
All tariff are quoted in US $ Dollars (converted in Euro for European residents) - Payment is due within the 7 successive working days starting from the date of the Invoice (see conditions below) .The amount of the invoice will be in USD or EURO(for european residents)

Komodo Flores Adventure Booking Terms & Conditions
Rates are quoted per night or per period of lease (Date in -Date out), airport transfers and ALL taxes included. The price quoted is referred to one party and to the number of participants indicated in this booking form. "If , upon the arrival, the number of participants is superior and "if", will be possible to accommodate them , Komodo Flores Adventure  Tours & Travel will charge additional fee per person/per package tour" .
The Package is valid for the period indicated in this booking form. Extension of the period of stay is possible depending on the availability of the flight.

 IMPORTANT: Is not possible to reduce the period of stay upon arrival, in case of early check out there will be not any refund as will be considered a cancellation outside booking conditions.

Booking procedure
After we have received the booking form we will send a reply within 48 hours or less( if necessary and if possible) and if availability is confirmed we will send Invoice with payment instructions, "Bank Details" if you have choosed Wire Transfer.

Deposit
A 50 % deposit of the contracted sum is required within the 7 successive working days from the date of the Invoice in order to confirm and secure the reservation .
In case the deposit is paid within 48 hours only before arrival date we can't ensure availability of the accommodation required. In case the accommodation is not available at the time we receive the deposit ,Komodo  Flores Indonesia Tours & travel will inform the client immediately and will provide similar arrangements with guaranteed upgrade to more luxury accommodation for the period of the reservation..

Balance : upon arrival by cash or Credit Card

Cancellation
We must receive formal cancellation by e mail or fax and must be made by the same person/Email address who made the booking through our booking form. In case of cancellation the following conditions apply:

Cancellation received 60 days before the arrival date:
We will refund 50% of the amount of the deposit received less the cost of the bank transfer necessary plus 3% amministration fee - - For payment made by credit card we will refund the amount less 3% amministration fee .

Cancellations received 45 days before the arrival date:
We will refund the 30% of the deposit paid less the cost of the bank transfer necessary plus 3% amministration fee. - For payment made by credit card we will refund the amount less 3% amministration fee

Cancellation received 30 days prior arrival date
There will be not refund. IMPORTANT: Same condition will apply in case of early check out and any reduction of the period of stay upon arrival.

Programs, services, prices and conditions are based on those valid at the time of the agreement and are therefore subject to change without advance notice, before and during the tour in case of transportation problems or to avoid risks and damages to people and things or in case of fluttuactions of the local currency.

IMPORTANT
Participation in our tours implies agreement to the above conditions. Please be sure to insert the correct/valid E mail address to avoid unnecessary correspondence ( fax,voice calls) and to allow us to send the Invoice in case of confirmation, otherwise we will not place any booking.

Pressing the "Submit Botton" will generate a booking for the accommodation you have choosed for the price showed in our site or contracted with Komodo Flores Adventure  Tours &Travel Wait the confirmation with the result of what you submitted.
